I’ve cycled more in the last 8 days that in the previous 5 or 6 weeks, geared mountain bike in Ballinastoe for 4 hours, road bike to work Tuesday, singlespeed to work and straight to night ride from work on Wednesday, Road bike to train and from train to the Parents on Thursday, road bike from parents to in-laws on Saturday and Geared mtb on a wet local blast with great coffee stop today.
Need to ride this much all the time, I feel better than I have in months (maybe that’s just the pills).
Plans this week for tuesday night spin on the singlespeed and a road blast on Thursday, morre to come I hope.
